Games

To play games is a great activity for many reasons. The games help us to have some fun and also we can earn some assets to control the stress.

Many years ago, the games that the people play need more physical effort. Nevertheless, today technology has had so much increase and the games have changes too. Now, the people play video games or games in a computer; it makes that the people “play resting”, sat in a chair o rested in a bed. This is harmful for the children, specially. They don’t care about their health and they don’t care to do exercises. Actually, there are many children with diseases that weren’t common in them, as the diabetes, high cholesterol and the obesity, and it has been proved that it is a combination of video games and bad supply. Also, there are other video games that incite to the violence and the worst manners. This is not good either.

Not for this reason it means that all video games are bad, because there are many video games that are useful for the learning of the math or to form words or figures; in other meaning, these video games are good for the brain because it makes us think, but don’t should abuse of them.

My opinion is that the games that the people played before, in the 80´s and 90´s; for example, were so much better than the games of today. The games were more healthy and safe and consequently; these were more nice and fun, besides that the people were running, jumping and making exercise
